With 50 watts of tasty, juicy orange power it's got plenty of beef and volume for at home, you wouldn't need it any louder. If you need it super quiet too that's fine as it can go really quite while retaining a great sound. You can even plug your headphones and MP3 player into this amp and practice silently. The CabSim headphone output makes it sound like you're playing through a big stack... amazing.

The sound is powered through a 12" speaker which sounds great. Lots of bass end and a crisp treble and mid, very balanced. When it comes to Orange amps it's all about the tone. That's why here we've got an ACTIVE EQ. This means you can really shape your sound perfectly. With up to 20dB of boost and cut across the bass, treble and middle frequencies you really can go all the way to get YOUR sound at home.

Also featured in the EQ is a parametric MID control allowing you to really fine tune the mids. Plus, it's an all analogue signal path meaning the sound is untouched and pure, exactly how it should be. No digital processing here!S

omething that's seriously great about these new combos is the Bi-Amp inspired Blend & Gain controls which allow you to blend in as much or as little overdrive as you like. This feature is also footswitchable via an optional footswitch so you can turn it on when you need to. You can get a really awesome, dirty, filthy tone here and it is just brilliant!

With the addition of the ported cabinet you get a much better, enhanced bass response, which for a small(ish) combo is really quite staggering! A built in Chromatic tuner is also a handy addition to keep you in perfect tune.
