1977 Fender Telecaster Deluxe - Natural - OHSC - Preowned

A classic Fender from the late 1970's in the form of this 1977 Fender Telecaster Deluxe in Natural. The guitar is in great all original condition with some honest play wear but no serious signs of damage. 

The guitar retains its 'Fender' branded Schaller machine heads which were a short lived part on these guitars and work fantastically. The guitar has its original pickups and electronics and sounds nice and warm through a good valve amp. The original knobs show some nice aging and really look the part! 

The frets show some decent wear at the lower end of the neck as to be expected from a played guitar of this age but despite this the guitar plays nicely with the 'low-wide' frets feel really comfortable once used to! The face of the headstock being finished in nitro to set the logo shows much more in the way of fading and checking and looks super cool in the right light. 

The guitar comes in at 9lb 8oz which is a fair number for the era and retains its original hard shell case. The guitar has had a full setup in our in house workshop and is ready to go playing really nicely with Ernie Ball 10's.
